Across four decades from his studio in Tzfat, Yoel Tordjman has completed 613 works, organized into 17 cycles. Each piece is signed. Each is editioned in six numbered prints with a certificate of authenticity. Each is a unique creation in mixed technique — macro-photography, digital art, over-painting — applied through hundreds of translucent micro-layers of colored media.
The number is not a coincidence and not a marketing flourish. It is the same number that names his store, the same that surfaces in his social practice (seven million visitors, seven hundred thousand likes), and the same that frames the body of work you have arrived at.
It is, in the artist's words, a number that became a practice.
